An e-learning framework
The following framework was developed in order to embed a dynamic approach to e-learning at my workplace. The intention behind it is not necessarily to create a rigid/structured approach to e-learning, but rather to remind all staff that there are a variety of learning methods which can be utilised in the classroom when it came to the use of technology. For example, if technology was primarily used in the classroom to find information (the 'Inquire' stage) this model would remind the educator that there are other ways to initiate or embed learning through a variety of digital tools.
